Site Agent Earthworks

great opportunity for a Site Agent or Sub Agent looking to make the next step join a major earthworks infrastructure project in Hampshire.

This scheme will run for five years scheduled for completion in 2031 and involves a massive site covering circa 160 hectares with excess of 80 items of plant/machinery. Shifting of 3.5m³ of earth throughout the duration of the project.

As Site Agent of this major earthworks scheme you will be overseeing the engineering delivery (via subcontract) and will be involved with the management of the drainage contractor (soon to be appointed). Due to the technical nature of this opportunity you will need to have developed your career in a traditional manner from Site Engineer into management. Engineering equipment used onsite is Trimble, GPS & Machine Control.

Overseeing large packages of earthworks, managing site staff, conducting inspection and test plans (ITPs), and ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. You will need prior demonstrable experience in civil engineering construction, specifically with earthwork materials and machinery.
