Havant, Hampshire - occasional travel to project locations will be required, with flexibility to work across different sites as needed.

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Environment Business Division, supporting the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects within the Southern Water Framework.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering multi-disciplinary civil engineering projects, helping to achieve positive outcomes across programme, cost, safety, and quality.

• Lead and support the delivery of projects, ensuring performance against programme, budget, and agreed KPIs
• Take ownership of project commercial performance, with support where needed
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety (including CDM), and environmental compliance through our Business Management Systems (BMS)
• Manage, support and develop project teams, setting clear expectations and enabling success
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support NEC contract administration, including managing change, variations, and final accounts
• Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure safe delivery
• Contribute to project reporting, financial tracking, and programme reviews
• Work collaboratively with design, procurement, and construction teams
• Support procurement of materials, plant, and subcontract services
• Work with planners to maintain project programmes and meet key milestones
• Ensure effective project closeout, including testing and commissioning, O&M manuals, and as-built documentation

• HND, BEng, NVQ, or equivalent qualification, or relevant practical experience
• Experience in the water or wastewater sector, or similar infrastructure environments
• Awareness of NEC contracts and commercial management principles
• SMSTS (or IOSH equivalent) and CSCS card (desirable)
• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
• A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage a range of priorities in a dynamic environment
