Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role,you will support a range of new and existing single‑use products. Working aspartof a dedicated engineering team, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Design Engineering, and Production to support project delivery andhigh‑quality product outcomes.

The role provides an opportunity to build technical expertise and experience while contributing to products that meet the demanding needs of the biopharma and medical device industries.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Support process development activities for new and existing products.
  • Research and contribute to the application ofbioprocessing manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Assist with prototype builds and testing in collaboration with Design Engineering, contributing to test plans and process validation activities.
  • Record and analyse data from product development testing, providing summaries and conclusions to the project team.
  • Work with local and global validation teams tosupport product validation in line with industry standards.
  • Contribute technical input to product cost and pricing discussions.
  • Work closely with operations teams to helptroubleshoot technical issues during planning and manufacture.
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with monitoring team progress and contribute to KPI reporting in daily SDT meetings.
  • Support reviews of existing processes and workflows to help improve productivity and quality.
  • Assist with the introduction of new production equipment, supporting installation, testing, and integration into existing systems.

Skills/

Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering and/or equivalent industrial experience.
  • Experience of working in a similar role with manufacturing engineering
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting projects in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
  • Experience or exposure to development of biopharmaceutical processing components and/or single‑use systems is desirable.
  • Proven experience of process validation activities
