Design Management Team Leader

Coastal Partners has exciting opportunities to join a busy multi-disciplinary civil engineering team, managing coastal flood and erosion risk on the south coast. The Capital Delivery Service is looking for enthusiastic candidates to work within the Design Services Team.

As a member of Design Services, you will help to protect communities and shape our coastal landscape for future generations. Working across a variety of ground-breaking studies, design and construction projects, successful candidates will have the opportunity to be involved in all areas of the team’s work. As a Team Leader within the Design Services Team, you will lead our Design Management Team, providing direction and technical expertise across the capital programme. The role includes managing a small team of Design Managers, fulfilling line management responsibilities, and leading the delivery of your own portfolio of projects.
