Oracle B2C Service Cloud (Right Now) Technical Consultant 🚨

Location: Havant, UK (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

We’re looking for a highly experienced Oracle B2C Service Cloud (Right Now) Technical Consultant to join our team on a subcontract basis. If you have deep technical expertise and a strong track record of delivering complex Right Now solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities- Lead implementation, customization, and support of Oracle B2C Service Cloud
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
- Strong experience with Oracle Right Now / B2C Service Cloud
- Expertise in Service Cloud implementations
- Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
