Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager Hampshire. A well-established civil engineering contractor in Hampshire is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of infrastructure and environmental projects. The company delivers complex coastal, flood defence and civils schemes and is known for strong client relationships and high safety standards.

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams in line with company procedures.
• Oversee contract delivery from tender handover through to final account.
• Produce accurate forecasts, monthly reports and support change management.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality and environmental requirements.
• Build strong client relationships to support repeat business.
• Lead, motivate and develop project teams, managing performance and training needs.
• Monitor labour, plant and resources, ensuring efficient utilisation.
• Support tender submissions, PQQs and early contractor involvement.
• Produce and monitor fully resourced contract programmes.

• Strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing traditional, D&B or target cost contracts.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing skills.
• Ability to drive performance, manage risk and deliver successful outcomes.
