Project Manager Firestopping

Our clients based close to Havant have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with Fire stopping experience to join their growing team. As a Fire stopping Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of passive fire protection and fire stopping projects across a variety of construction sites. You will ensure all works meet fire safety regulations, manufacturer requirements, and third-party accreditation standards.

The role requires technical expertise in fire stopping solutions, strong project management capability, and the confidence to manage pricing, quoting, and commercial control. You will oversee projects from initial survey and quotation through to installation, certification, and final handover. Required skills & experience:
Project Leadership Manage end-to-end delivery of fire stopping projects from initiation through to completion. Lead site teams and fire stopping installers to deliver compliant, safe and timely installations. Technical & Compliance Management Review fire strategy drawings, specifications, and technical data to determine required fire stopping systems. Ensure all installations comply with test evidence, FIRAS/third-party accreditation, and Building Regulations. Oversee completion of technical documentation, installation records, and compliance evidence.
