Are you reliable, hands-on, and looking for a long-term opportunity with great pay and consistent hours? We’re currently hiring a Metal Polisher to join one of our clients near Portsmouth. Experience using a hand grinder or sander is a strong advantage.

Immediate Start

Pay: £15.00 per hour

2-Week Rotating

Shifts:

• Week 1:
  6AM – 2PM
• Week 2:
  2PM – 10PM

• Polish stainless-steel components to a clean, professional finish
• Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures
• Communicate with the Production Manager to stay on schedule
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Perform fettling, grinding, deburring, and polish out weld seams

• A good work ethic and attention to detail
• Basic experience with hand tools or similar equipment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts on a 2-week pattern
• A positive, can-do attitude
