Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions in Havant seeks a Manufacturing Team Leader to manage a busy assembly line, driving productivity and ensuring adherence to SOPs. You will lead a team, enforce health and safety, and maintain documentation across the production process.
The role requires knowledge of BS EN ISO 14644, ISO 9001 and cGMP, plus strong communication and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement and meet production targets.
