We are now looking for a Quality Systems Lead to strengthen our energetic, ambitious, and enthusiastic team.

The preferred location for this position is Havant, UK.

Your role and responsibilities  Developing, maintaining, and improving the WDSL BMS (Business Management System)
Implement effective document controls to ensure all documents meet business, customer and regulatory requirements.

Manage the WDSL internal audit programme

Managing the Business Management System Develop and maintain business policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions

Ensure compliance with: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001

Control all BMS and related documentation and records

Ensure and support effective control of all documents and records across functions and projects

Plan and manage the audit programme and conduct internal audits.

Coordinate and facilitate customer and certification audits

Ensure effective tracking, progress and implementation of corrective actions

Facilitate root cause investigations

Verify effectiveness of improvements

Support resolution of customer complaints

Train and support employees to develop functional documentation, process, procedures and standards

Coach managers and teams on implementing quality best practices

Report and analyse quality performance KPIs, data, costs and trends

Identify and report quality performance trends

Support management reviews and strategic planning
