Inside Sales Operator

Responsibilities

• Engage with business clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers based on their requests.
• Send follow-up emails to customers regarding order and dispatch status.
• Process and record customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Update customers on stock levels and product availability.
• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely order deliveries.
• Maintain and update customer records, track interactions, and generate reports using the CRM system.
• Be involved in reports and sales analysis.
• Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, and notifying managers and customers.

• Preferably 2 years of experience in a Sales Department.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours - office based – Havant

08:30 – 17:00 hours Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Salary – annual gross salary 22-26K

Vacation leave: 28 days (including bank holidays)
