Behaviour Support Assistant – From Care into Schools
Havant, Hampshire | £89 per day | Long-Term Opportunity
Are you currently working in care, support work or residential settings and looking for a change?
We’re working with a specialist SEMH school in Havant looking for people just like you.
If you have experience supporting individuals with autism, challenging behaviour, mental health needs, or learning disabilities, then your skills are highly transferable into education.
The role- Supporting students with behaviour and emotional regulation
- Working 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping young people stay engaged in learning
- Acting as a positive role model
- No shift work
- Better work-life balance
- Still making a real impact
- Experience in care, support, or behaviour settings
- DBS on the Update Service
- Up to date safeguarding training
