Guardian Jobs is seeking an experienced Social Worker for our Out of Hours team. You will assess complex cases, manage risk and make timely decisions to protect vulnerable people, working within a multi‑disciplinary hub outside standard hours.
You will develop care plans, build strong professional relationships, and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure coordinated support. This role involves evenings, weekends, bank holidays and overnight on‑call shifts.
