Hampshire County Council is seeking a Children's Social Worker to join the Refugee Team in Havant. You will support separated and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, refugee young people, and care leavers, helping them feel safe, settled and able to rebuild their lives in the UK.
You’ll work with multi-agency partners to deliver practical, relationship-based support, lead assessments and care planning, manage complex caseloads, mentor colleagues, and contribute to service development.
