Despatch Coordinator & Warehouse Packer

Salary:  £26,500 00 - £28,500.00

Role Overview :
We are looking for a reliable and organised Despatch Coordinator & Warehouse Packer to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This varied role combines order despatch, customer documentation, administrative duties, and warehouse packing activities to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, preparing customer documentation, and supporting warehouse packing activities to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate customer orders and shipments for despatch.
Produce shipping documentation, despatch notes, invoices, and Certificates of Conformance.
Process stock movements and maintain accurate records within SAP.
Liaise with couriers and freight providers to arrange deliveries and collections.
Pack and prepare products for shipment in line with customer specifications and quality standards.
Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues.
Support stock control, warehouse organisation, and goods-in activities.

Required

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, despatch, or manufacturing environment.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, couriers, and colleagues.
