** Quality Assurance Engineer
** We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our East Windsor, CT team!

As our Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work with our inspectors to ensure quality product leaves the facility.

This is a great opportunity to work in a small job shop facility, great environment, where you will get the chance to work on thermal spray metal coatings technologies.

*** Designs, implements and maintains quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
* Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products.
* Reviews and evaluates in-process rejections, obtains disposition and implements corrective action as needed.
* May interface with customers, vendors and various company departments to resolve quality problems and provide information.
* Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.
* Participates in audits.
* Working hands on with production and operations.
** What You Bring
*** 1-2 years of manufacturing or aerospace experience
* AS9100* Assisted in audits
* Understanding QMS program
* Self-motivated/self-starter
* Ability to wear multiple hats to help each other out
* Education - associates or bachelors
* U.S. Citizenship required
** Preferred
* ** DCMA-8210 knowledge
* Mechanical or aerospace engineering discipline (bachelors)
* Experience working on aircraft parts and maintenance
