Exciting Full‑Time Physician Assistant Opportunity in Havelock, North Carolina – $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus!

Main Street Family Care is growing, and we are looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team full‑time. You will provide patient‑focused care in an urgent care setting. The ideal applicant can lead a small team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

We offer structured training shifts with experienced providers, ongoing professional development opportunities (including a complimentary pediatric urgent care CE course), and 365‑day clinic hours. This role is open to new graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and treating cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues
• Performing minor procedures (e.g., toenail removal, foreign object removal)
• Performing suturing, splinting, and general orthopedic evaluations
• Reviewing x‑rays (to be over‑read by a radiologist)
• Providing general dermatology, eye care, and EKG interpretation
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Telemedicine and occupational medicine
• Treating children of all ages

Schedule:

Main Street Clinic Hours – 7 days a week.

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Work a rotating schedule that includes alternate weekends.

• Week 1:
  Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON), Sunday (ON).
• Week 2:
  Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (ON), Thursday (ON), Friday (OFF), Saturday (OFF), Sunday (OFF).

Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher education required (new graduate friendly).
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (covered by the company).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
