You’ll manage systems and communications that keep our team organized, listings polished, and clients informed, assist in marketing efforts (social media, listing promotions, events), and occasionally serve as a showing partner or open house host.
Work Schedule:
• Hybrid opportunity available Monday through Friday
• Work one designated weekend day each week to support business operations
• Open homes for sellers and buyers when needed (requires reliable transportation)
- Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (based on experience)

- Provide consistent and proactive back‑office support for all transactions.
- Coordinate and prepare listings for the market, including preparing for listing appointments, managing listing contracts, coordinating photography, and overseeing listing‑related logistics.
- Manage Docu Sign, agreements of sale, and seller disclosures accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain email correspondence and ensure all tasks and threads are tracked and completed.
- Follow established systems and procedures for listings, contract‑to‑close processes, and client care using Compass tools.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Problem‑solve everyday logistical issues while maintaining professional standards.
- Proven experience in real estate, either as an administrative assistant, title professional, or licensed agent, familiar with transactional processes.
- Experience in marketing, including social media and content creation, is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of transaction processes, including Docu Sign, agreements of sale, and seller disclosures.
- Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistent, dependable work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Local to Haverford or the surrounding Main Line area for accessibility.
- Must have a reliable car for travel to listing appointments and property access.
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
