WorX is hiring a dependable Warehouse & Shipping Associate for a first-shift opportunity in Lawrence, PA. This position supports daily warehouse and production operations by preparing outgoing orders, receiving incoming material, organizing inventory, and moving material to production workstations. This is a hands-on role for someone who works safely, stays organized, and can keep material moving accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
First shift: 7: 00 AM–3: 30 PMTemp-to-hire opportunity after 600 hours
Job Duties Pull, package, label, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment
Generate packing lists and process shipping and receiving information in the company computer system
Prepare LTL Bills of Lading and coordinate carrier notifications
Unload incoming trucks and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
Stock shelves, organize material by bin location, and rotate inventory
Track material and log stock that does not have an assigned bin location
Select and distribute log stock to production workstations based on scheduling needs
Maintain accurate records of log stock numbers and material movement
Forward receiving documentation to the appropriate department
Assist Will Call customers with order pickup and material handling
Requirements
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or related experience preferred
Comfortable using a computer system for shipping and receiving transactions
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Independently and up to 150 lbs. With assistance
Strong attention to detail when checking orders, inventory, and shipping documentation
Ability to work effectively in a warehouse and production environment
Drug screen required
Ideal Candidate Dependable and consistent with attendance
Organized and accurate when handling inventory and paperwork
Comfortable balancing shipping, receiving, and production-support responsibilities
Safety-minded and willing to help wherever material support is needed
