Job OverviewWe have a fantastic opportunity in the Strategic Commissioning Team to work with a range of internal and external colleagues providing business support activities across several work programmes and change projects.
Responsibilities- Meeting and event co‑ordination/scheduling, agenda planning and minute taking.
- Diary management support to the Head of Strategic Joint Commissioning.
- Drafting management reports and other supporting documentation as required.
- Establishing and organising Microsoft Teams channels to share and edit documents within groups.
The Business Support Officer role is varied and rewarding, offering exposure to a breadth of activities across the Social Services and Housing directorate.
Ideal applicants will be highly organised, proactive, with good communication and excellent IT skills.
Previous post holders have moved on to other roles within the commissioning service and the wider Social Services and Housing Directorate. Whether you are seeking a career within Social Services & Housing or development in a business administration capacity, we welcome applications from you.
