Mental Health Administrator The Mental Health, Active Well-being and Safeguarding Team at Pembrokeshire College has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to provide support for the Mental Health and Active Well-being project and services.

Salary Details: £25,878 - £26,452 BAR £26,773 - £28,707 pro rata

This is a 5 point extended scale with progression incrementally on an annual basis.

Please note, progression beyond the bar is dependent on an internal set of conditions.

Commencing salaries will be assessed in accordance with the College’s starting salaries matrix.

Hours of work: 30 hours per week over 39 weeks per year to be worked over the college’s term (36 weeks per year, plus three additional weeks - 39 weeks)
Fractionalised posts are paid in equal amounts over 12 months and the appropriate element of holiday pay will be incorporated into the calculation

  • Permanent Qualifications/

    Experience:

    Substantive office experience is essential and;

    It is highly desirable to hold a relevant level 3 qualification.

If not held, it is essential to undertake and achieve this within an agreed timescale.

You will deliver strong administration/communication support to the Health & Wellbeing / Active Wellbeing & Safeguarding team.

Tasks will include producing weekly data reports, minute taking, and general administration required to support health and wellbeing across the college.

You will undertake financial administration including purchasing and invoice processing.

In addition, you will undertake a UCAS administrative role for the vocational faculties.

You will be an experienced administrator who is highly proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, with recent experience of using Excel at an advanced level.
