We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Building Maintenance Officer to support our Major Projects function. Join our Building Maintenance Major Project Team at Pembrokeshire County Council and work alongside a diverse operational team and framework contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team under the leadership of the Building Maintenance Corporate Manager and other Programme Managers to deliver and manage a diverse range of construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and provide top‑quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance, refurbishment and development of social housing, education and corporate assets.
- Quantity surveying experience in relation to the construction sector.
- Passion for supporting the council’s maintenance and development projects.
- Flexible, proactive “can‑do” attitude.
- Defined benefit Local Government Pension Scheme.
