Are you a passionate educator with a strong commitment to supporting students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)? Do you have the leadership skills to manage a vibrant Learning Resource Centre (LRC) in an inclusive, secondary-aged ALN environment? The Pembrokeshire Learning Centre is looking for a dedicated Teacher in Charge for our Learning Resource Centre, which supports secondary-aged pupils with a diverse range of learning needs.
As the Teacher in Charge, you will lead the development and day‑to‑day management of the (LRC), creating a safe, engaging, and accessible space where our students can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the LRC is aligned with the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Bill and the Curriculum for Wales, providing tailored support to meet the individual needs of each learner and fostering a love of learning.
