Schedule

Minimum 2 hours per week, as required. Tutoring occurs at Community Centres and outreach venues across Pembrokeshire. Classes offered both day and evening at various locations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare learners for, deliver and assess accreditation as required.
  • Plan classes and maintain tutor files and learner records.
  • Conduct engagement activities and manage classroom participation.
Qualifications
  • PGCE, Level 3 or 4 Essential Skills Practitioner Award (or alternate teaching qualification considered).
  • Experience teaching adults.
  • Good IT skills and insight into Digital Literacy.
  • Welsh language skills are desirable; applications may be submitted in Welsh without disadvantage.
