As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important part in helping pupils reach their potential by:

Supporting the class teacher with engaging lessons and activities
Working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils
Encouraging confidence, independence and participation
Helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils with their learning, wellbeing and behaviour where needed

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Experience working with children in any setting, including schools, nurseries, youth work, coaching, residential care or voluntary roles
A positive, caring and reliable approach
A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
