Shifts:
9:00 PM – 8:30 AM (11.5 hours per shift)
Full‑time hours: 35 hours per week
Required:
A full, clean UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
The Haven in Haverfordwest provides specialist support for 14 adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and physical health needs. We encourage and motivate each person to feel good about themselves and support them to gain confidence and do the things that are important to them, ultimately leading happy and fulfilled lives. Everyone supported at The Haven has a voice about what matters in their lives and our support is focused on ensuring that their voice is heard about every aspect of their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day support and routine of the people we support.
- Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and helping with health‑care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
- Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
- Annual leave – 5.6 weeks inclusive of 8 public holidays.
- DBS check paid fully by Keys Group.
