The company currently requires a Multi‑Skilled Engineer to work the following shifts.

Primary:
Electrical / Multi‑skilled, 5 x 10‑hour shifts between Monday and Sunday. Applicants must be flexible and may be required to work outside these hours depending on the complex needs of the business.

The successful candidate will work as part of a friendly team and provide skilled support in premises maintenance and machinery repair.

• Ensuring plant equipment is operated and functioning in the correct manner.
• Maintaining equipment daily to ensure it is fit for its intended purpose.
• Maintaining appropriate housekeeping standards daily.
• Continuously developing to improve operations, driving improvements in quality, cost and safety.
• Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate.
• Completing daily maintenance check sheets and job cards.

• HNC/HND/BTEC/C&G in mechanical/electrical engineering and appropriate post‑apprenticeship experience in a food manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
• Completion of 18th Edition training is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
• Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, commitment and the ability to accept responsibility are key in this role.

• Maintenance / Engineering – ideally 3 years experience – HNC minimum.
