An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Respiratory Nurse to join the Community Respiratory team in Pembrokeshire. We are looking for an experienced registered nurse with a high level of clinical skills and theoretical knowledge in respiratory nursing.

This is a full‑time post; however part‑time will be considered.

Interviews to be held on 17/07/2026.

• Experienced registered nurse with a background in managing patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
• Post‑exacerbation discharge reviews.
• Undertaking capillary blood gas sampling.
• Completing annual home oxygen reviews.
• Supporting the wider community respiratory CNS team.
• Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated working and improve patient outcomes.
• Strengthening respiratory nursing capacity and ensuring continuity of care across services.
• Providing specialist nursing knowledge and skills for people diagnosed with respiratory conditions.
• Delivering multidisciplinary care planning and targeted interventions designed to reduce hospital admissions and improve patient outcomes.
• Working closely with respiratory consultants, multi‑professional respiratory colleagues, primary care, and community‑based nursing teams and services.
• Excellence in verbal/written communication and organisational skills.
• Desirable to speak Welsh;
  English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
