An established nursing home is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a supportive clinical team delivering high-quality residential and nursing care.

Role

Deliver high-quality nursing and person-centred care
Lead and support the care team on shift
Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management
Maintain accurate records and ensure CIW compliance
Support residents with residential and nursing care needs

The Service A nursing home providing residential and nursing care for up to 40 service users in the Haverfordwest area.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
Previous nursing home experience (preferred)
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
