Female Support Worker (Domestic Abuse Service)
Full Time | £13.46 per Hour + On-Call Payments

We're looking for a Female Support Worker to join a specialist domestic abuse service, supporting women to rebuild their confidence, independence, and future. This is a highly rewarding role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life every day.
What We're Looking ForThe most important thing for us is your ability to connect with people.
You'll need:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A caring, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach
- The confidence to build positive relationships and support people through challenging times
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Some awareness or understanding of domestic abuse
Don't worry if you don't have extensive experience in this area.
Full training will be provided
, and we'll support you every step of the way.
You'll provide practical and emotional support to women affected by domestic abuse, helping them access services, achieve personal goals, and move towards greater independence.
The role includes:
- Providing one-to-one support and guidance.
- Helping individuals access housing, benefits, health services, and other community resources.
- Working alongside partner agencies and professionals.
- Maintaining support records and plans.
- Participating in an on-call rota, which attracts additional payments.
- £13.46 per Hour
- Additional payments for on-call responsibilities
