Action for Children is seeking a motivated Young Person's Practitioner to deliver the Women’s and Girls Together Project across Pembrokeshire. You will support vulnerable females aged 11–21 through group sessions, 1:1 guidance, and mentoring, helping build resilience and voice.
The role requires safeguarding expertise, experience with risk-taking behaviours, and flexibility including occasional evenings. A driving license is essential due to travel across the county.
