Part‑time or full‑time experienced Associate required for 3-4.5 days per week in a MODERN, WELL‑ESTABLISHED & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Haverhill, Suffolk.

Existing list to inherit (Principals List)
£14 per UDA
50% split on private income
50/50 split on lab bills
3 Associates, visiting Implantologist, visiting Periodontist
2 x Hygienist and Therapist on‑site
6 nurses and practice manager
5 Surgery practice
SOE software (moving to Dentally soon)
CBCT Scanner
OPG
2 Intraoral Scanners
3-4.5 days available - Monday–Thursday (8am-5pm) & Friday (8am–2pm)
Patient parking at front of practice
Staff parking at rear of practice

Compliance requirements:

Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
Local Area Team confirmation
GDC certificate
UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
Indemnity certificate
Passport
Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
Degree certificate
CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
