What You'll Do:

• Empower Learning:
  Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons, helping every student reach their potential.
• Targeted Support:
  Work with small groups and provide crucial 1:1 assistance, including for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Positive Environments:
  Contribute to a calm, focused, and positive classroom atmosphere.

  Help prepare and organize essential learning materials.

  Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to champion student progress.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school setting, is essential.
• Adaptability:
  The ability to seamlessly transition between different classroom environments and age groups.
• Communication:
  Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with students and staff.
• Safeguarding:
  An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
• Team Player:
  Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative school team.
• Patience & Care: A genuinely supportive and patient approach to working with children.
• Qualifications:
