Codis is seeking an innovative Process Development Scientist/Engineer to join our R&D team at the Haverhill site. The role blends theoretical process engineering with hands-on lab work to accelerate development, design experiments, and build robust process understanding through data-driven approaches.
You will design experiments, apply DoE, implement PAT strategies, and work with multidisciplinary teams to optimise processes and support scale-up and technology transfer.
