Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spot Welder to join our team. In this position, you will interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately spot weld metal components together. This is an integral part of our fabrication process, as it provides an important role in meeting customer drawings. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with great attention to detail and proven experience in a job shop environment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
• Plan layout and measurements of structural components
• Interpret requirements to select the most appropriate spot welding tools for the job
• Operate Amada Spot welders, use of calipers, rulers, and other hand and power tools
• Use Spot welding equipment

• Previous experience as a Spot Welding / Welding
• Experience in Spot Welding is but can also train
• Experience with a variety of welding equipment and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents and drawings
• Understanding of all health and safety guidelines
• Attention to detail
