We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing business based near Haverhill. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term, temp-to-perm position with a growing company.

This role would suit someone with previous factory, production or manufacturing experience who is looking for a hands‑on role within a busy production environment.

£13.45 p/hour, depending on experience
Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00
Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
45 paid hours per week
All breaks paid Factory Operative Duties:

• Operating and monitoring production and packing machinery
• Mixing powders and ingredients
• Packing finished products
• Following manufacturing instructions and recipes
• Completing basic production and quality checks
• Cleaning equipment and work areas
• Reporting any faults or issues
• Following HACCP, GMP and Health & Safety procedures

• Previous factory, production or manufacturing experience is essential
• Food production experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on production environment
• Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions
• Reliable, hardworking and looking for a long‑term opportunity
• Own transport is essential due to the location
