Main Purpose of the Role
To support the manufacturing and production process by operating machinery, assembling, packing, and ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality standard.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Operating production line machinery in a safe and efficient manner
* Assembling, packing, and labelling finished products
* Monitoring product quality throughout the production process
* Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
* Following company health & safety procedures at all times
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Meeting daily production targets
Additional Responsibilities
* Reporting any machine faults or production issues to supervisors
* Assisting other team members where required
* Supporting general production duties as needed
Experience,
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Basic understanding of health & safety in the workplace
Working Pattern & Benefits
* Hours:
Monday to Friday
* Benefits: weekly pay, overtime opportunities available and parking onsite.
* Pay: £12.85 to £13.30
