Crem Recruitment is recruiting for a Deputy Team Leader to join an established manufacturing client in Haverhill. This is a hands-on role focused on production and operational support, not direct people management.
You will work 75% on production, 25% supporting the Team Leader, with rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, then 7.30am-4pm Mon-Thu and 7.30am-1.30pm Friday after 2026. Salary £30,098 rising to £33,709 with shift allowance. 25 days leave + holidays, pension and Perkbox.
