Our client is seeking a Quality Control Operative to join their production team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the Quality Control Operative your duties will include:
 
* Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
 
* Identifying product defects and determining potential root causes.
 
* Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
 
* Working closely with production teams to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
 
* Supporting continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing process.
 
* Ensuring all quality procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
An ideal candidate for the Quality Control Operative role will have:
 
* Strong attention to detail.
 
* A good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
 
* The ability to identify defects and determine root causes.
 
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 
* Previous quality control or manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
 
* A reliable and committed attitude with a desire to build a long-term career.
