Our client is seeking a Quality Control Operative to join their production team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the Quality Control Operative your duties will include:- Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identifying product defects and determining potential root causes.
- Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
- Working closely with production teams to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
- Supporting continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing process.
- Ensuring all quality procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- The ability to identify defects and determine root causes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
- A reliable and committed attitude with a desire to build a long-term career.
We are looking for an individual seeking a long-term opportunity who can become a valued member of the team.
