Job Summary

 * £13.21 per hour – FLT Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence held

 * £13.71 per hour – Both Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences held

Crem Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Material Handler to join a busy warehouse and production environment in Haverhill. This role is ideal for candidates with FLT Counter-balance and/or Reach Truck licences, who have strong experience working in fast-paced warehouse operations.

This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth production flow through efficient stock movement and accurate materials handling.

Duties

* Moving stock from warehouse storage locations to production lines to maintain continuous workflow

* Operating FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck (subject to licence)

* Monitoring stock levels and replenishing materials as required

* Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently

* General warehouse duties including housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment

* Supporting production operations through timely and accurate material supply

Requirements

* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence and/or Reach Truck licence (essential)

* Strong experience in a warehouse or materials handling environment

* Confident working in a fast-paced production support role

* Good understanding of stock control and warehouse processes

* Assembly experience is advantageous but not essential

* Counterbalance experience preferred and prioritised
