KBW is currently partnered with a growing consumer services organization and is seeking a Staff Accountant for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of day‑to‑day accounting operations in a hands‑on environment with visibility and room to grow. This role has a target pay range of $30 - $37/HR.
Responsibilities- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and collections
- Reconcile accounts and support general ledger activities
- Assist with inventory tracking and month‑end close
- Support audits and financial documentation as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong AP/AR knowledge
- Experience with Quick Books Online required; a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail
