Weekend Receptionist

We are hiring a Receptionist to join our dynamic care team at The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Haverhill!

8a-4p Saturday and Sunday. As our receptionist, you are the face of the facility while greeting guests, managing incoming mail and packages, and assisting with phone calls. $16 an hour with weekly pay.

• Operate telephone using proper phone etiquette.
• Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas.
• Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions.
• Responsible for receiving and directing incoming mail and deliveries appropriately.
• Respect and take care of facility equipment and not wasteful of supplies.
• Contribute to and promote resident and family relations.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
