Customer Service Coordinator

This temporary Customer Service Coordinator position offers $19.44-$20.90/hour, working 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, onsite in Haverhill, MA. The assignment is expected to last 7+ months and start as soon as possible. This opportunity is with a food manufacturing company and focuses heavily on customer service, order/data entry, and coordinating order fulfillment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and process customer purchase orders, including quantities, item numbers, ship dates, and delivery details Review orders for accuracy and resolve or escalate discrepancies Process order changes, additions, and revisions within required deadlines Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide order and shipment updates Maintain customer records, spreadsheets, order documentation, and departmental files Assist with customer portals, shipping documentation, reporting, and data entry Track open items, follow-ups, and deadlines Coordinate with Planning, Production, Shipping, Logistics, and Sales regarding orders and inventory Support changing department priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Candidate

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, order entry, data entry, or administrative support experience preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Practical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently after training ERP/order management system or retailer portal experience preferred Familiarity with shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment documentation is a plus Food manufacturing or distribution experience is helpful but not required Qualified candidates encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
