Roessel Joy has partnered with an established non‑profit on a new CFO position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with managing accounting/finance staff, have a strong background working in the non‑profit industry, and experience supporting grant accounting.

• Participates in strategic financial and accounting initiatives.
• Presents financials to the Board of Directors.
• Partner with the rest of the C‑Suite on strategic initiatives.
• Oversee all accounting functions including month‑end‑close, financial reporting, and financial audits.
• Oversee grant related financial reporting.
• Complete budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
• Manage a team of accounting/finance staff.
• Support system and process automations.

• 5+ years of Non‑Profit Accounting Leadership.
• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience with Board relations.
