Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist - $42 to $45 an hour with weekly pay. Full-time and part-time openings.

Join The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center's team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of our residents! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload while participating in the clinical team process. You will also provide teaching and training to caregiver staff and supervise other therapists, assistants, aides, and students as required.

• Screen and evaluate residents to develop care plans
• Perform additional assigned administrative duties, such as assigning and overseeing resident care activities, medical record oversight, and ordering supplies
• Provide direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care, under a physician's order
• Contribute to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program
• Consult with and train residents and caregivers
• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor
• Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Active and unencumbered OT license in Massachusetts, or be in the process of obtaining one
• Newly licensed therapists are welcome to apply!
