Lead Insurance Producer

A highly reputed family-owned insurance brokerage located in Northern MA (in close proximity to the New Hampshire border) is seeking an Insurance Producer to join their highly collaborative, people-friendly culture and promote a wide range of products from some of the best and well-known carriers in the industry—all to meet the needs of commercial and personal clients. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of relevant job history and a passion for providing clients with customized and optimal insurance solutions to fit their needs.

• Experience with Commercial and Personal lines of Insurance such as, but not limited to, property and casualty
• Experience in sales with a proven track record of finding prospects and closing deals
• Experience with building and leading a sales team is ideal
• BS in Business or a relevant field is preferred, working experience as a licensed professional is also considered

• Very competitive starting base salary (commission draw available once they start producing)
• Monthly allowance for personal use that increases over time
• Income potential can reach $300K
