Quality Control Associate Guardian of Quality

Masis Staffing Solutions is on the lookout for detail-driven team players to join our client's Quality Control department in the food manufacturing industry. If you have a sharp eye, a steady hand, and a passion for making sure every product meets the highest standards, this role is for you!

• Perform hands-on quality tests using tools like pH meters, thermometers, viscometers, and moisture analyzers

• Verify product accuracy using Metal Detectors, Check Weigher Systems, and Vacuum Leak Detection

• Follow GMP, PPE, and safety/sanitation protocols every step of the way

• Accurately complete all QA documentation and reports

• Taste products ( may contain allergens ) to confirm quality standards

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to keep production flawless

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Previous QA, food inspection, or auditing experience is highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail — able to spot even the smallest defects

• Basic math skills and the ability to read product specs

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing during your shift

• Good computer skills and familiarity with QA processes

• Clear communication skills in English
