Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading packaging manufacturer in Haverhill, MA to hire a Production Operator for their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or production experience who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in quality, and want to be part of a company where reliability and teamwork are valued.
No advanced machine setup, troubleshooting, or maintenance experience required. Manufacturing or production experience is preferred, and training will be provided.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with production and quality teams to achieve daily goals
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred
- Comfortable working with production equipment and learning new processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written instructions and production specifications
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
