We are hiring an RN Supervisor at Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 127‑bed sub‑acute and long‑term care facility. This position is supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.
Part‑time opportunities available. Same‑day pay. Saturday and Sunday 7 AM–7 PM. $6,000 sign‑on bonus. $38–$60 an hour.
Responsibilities- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
- Minimum 1 year experience as a nurse supervisor strongly preferred
- Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state in Massachusetts
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to work with multiple patients at once
